Refund & Cancellation Policy

Surgically Strong™ is a digital wellness program. Because program materials are delivered instantly and progressively, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital delivery—including PDFs, videos, weekly content, and immediate access—refunds are not offered.

This includes:

change of mind
non-use
partial completion
perceived effectiveness

2. Cancellations

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but this does not constitute cancellation or refund.

3. Direct Coaching Path

The Direct Coaching Path includes four (4) private coaching sessions.
These sessions must be scheduled within the program timeframe.
Missed or unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, contact us immediately for investigation.

5. Payment Plans

Payment plans require completion of all instalments.
Failure to complete payments may suspend access.
